Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Product Manager in the medical device industry, responsible for managing product lifecycle, marketing coordination, and technical support.

The ideal candidate should have an educational background from a medical university in China, possess strong knowledge in medical diagnostics or imaging, and be fluent in both Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities


•Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product introduction, training, promotion, and post-sales technical support.


•Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.


•Coordinate with Chinese manufacturers and internal sales teams to ensure accurate product knowledge transfer.


•Provide product training and demonstrations for sales teams, distributors, and hospital users.


•Prepare marketing materials, technical documentation, and tender specifications.


•Visit hospitals, clinics, and laboratories to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.


•Collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams to support product registration and new product launches.


•Establish and maintain professional relationships with medical associations, academic institutions, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across Indonesia to strengthen brand visibility and academic cooperation.


•Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and scientific seminars to promote product awareness and corporate image.

Qualifications


•Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory Science, Radiology, or a related field.


•Educational background from a medical university in China is required or highly preferred.


•Working experience in hospital laboratory (clinical diagnostics) or radiology/imaging departments is an advantage.


•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the medical device industry (preferably IVD, imaging, or patient monitoring).


•Strong understanding of clinical applications and medical workflows.


•Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.


•Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English (spoken and written).


•Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
