What you will do:

(Online / Call Activity)

70% Service and 30% Sales

• You will supervise students to help them complete their monthly classes and encourage frequent attendance, ensuring positive learning outcomes.
• You will contact paid students or their parents to introduce relevant product upgrades, promotions, or renewal options.
• You will identify up selling opportunities by analyzing customer preferences and class participation trends.
• You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to increase customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• You will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and handle objections in a professional manner.
• You will work towards achieving or exceeding your sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• You will log all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and continuity.

What makes you a fit:

• Fluent in English (8/10) ( you also will communicate with the teachers from overseas)
• You are coming from education industry as a service person, progress advisor, mentor, aftersales consultant, educational consultant
• You like to communicate with parents and students
• Must have sales experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience and bachelor degree in education, English , or related

Employment:

• Location: Tanah Abang
• Working Arrangement: WFO
• Working days: 6 days, 1PM - 9PM (Day-off on Wednesday)
