Penempatan: Batavia PIK – Jakarta Utara

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Kami mencari Operations Manager yang berpengalaman di industri Food & Beverage (F&B) untuk mengawasi dan memastikan seluruh kegiatan operasional berjalan dengan efektif, efisien, dan sesuai standar brand Mamma Mia Tiramisu.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengawasi dan memastikan kelancaran operasional harian di seluruh outlet.
  • Memastikan standar pelayanan, kebersihan, dan kualitas produk terjaga dengan baik.
  • Mengatur jadwal kerja, monitoring kinerja, dan kedisiplinan seluruh tim FOH & BOH.
  • Menganalisa laporan penjualan, inventory, dan cost control untuk memastikan target profit tercapai.
  • Menjadi penghubung antara manajemen dan tim operasional untuk koordinasi kegiatan, promosi, dan kebijakan baru.
  • Melakukan evaluasi dan pelatihan rutin untuk meningkatkan performa tim.
  • Menangani keluhan pelanggan secara profesional dan solutif.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal pendidikan S1 atau D3 di bidang Manajemen Perhotelan / F&B / Bisnis.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di posisi Operations Manager atau Supervisor di industri F&B.
  • Memiliki leadership yang kuat, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
  • Wajib fasih berbahasa Inggris (aktif) — baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan sistem dan memiliki pemahaman kuat terhadap SOP operasional restoran.
  • Bersedia bekerja full time dan ditempatkan di Batavia PIK – Jakarta Utara.
