Job Description:

  1. Melakukan penarikan dan rekap absensi karyawan
  2. Mengerjakan payroll per periode
  3. Melakukan pengawasan kepada karyawan terhadap aturan yang berlaku
  4. Melakukan penindakan berupa sanksi jika terjadi indisipliner karyawan dan melakukan konseling kepada karyawan yang bersangkutan
  5. Mensosialisasikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan manajemen
  6. Melakukan pemantauan penilaian karyawan selama masa kontrak karyawan

Job Requirement:

  1. Pendidikan S1 jurusan Hukum/psikologi
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang Hr Generalist/Hrbp
  3. Menguasai  Microsoft Office terutama Microsoft Excel
  4. Mampu bekerja sama secara individu maupun secara Team
  5. Jujur,cekatan,teliti dan disiplin
  6. Bersedia masuk di Hari Sabtu. (Hari kerja: Senin-Sabtu)
