One of our sister companies is a leading premium padel club in Manado — APEX Padel Club Manado, offering a world-class sports experience with 5 hospitality standards.

We are looking for a professional Club Manager to lead the overall operations of the club. This role will take charge of daily management and act as the key operational leader on site, while the CEO focuses on strategic direction and business growth.

Job Description

A. Operations & People Management

  • Fully responsible for the club's daily operations (court maintenance, customer service, and facility standards).
  • Lead and mentor the operations team: Ops Supervisor, Front Desk Officers, and Housekeeping.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience.
  • Handle basic HR tasks such as attendance, staff evaluation, and procedural training.

B. Marketing & Community Activation

  • Coordinate with content and social media agencies for promotions, branding, and program campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with local communities, schools, and companies to increase non-prime hour usage.
  • Design and execute community programs (e.g., Ladies Night, King of the Hill).
  • Foster player loyalty and strengthen the internal club community.

C. Event Planning & Execution

  • Act as event lead for major and special events, including:

  • Internal and external tournaments

  • Exhibition matches
  • Corporate gatherings
  • Coaching clinics (inviting national or international coaches)
  • Liaise with external event organizers and internal teams.
  • Manage event scheduling, operations, sponsorships, and hospitality arrangements.

D. Reporting & KPI Management

  • Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports to the Director/BOD, including:

  • Revenue breakdown by channel

  • Court utilization rate
  • Budget and cost control
  • Program evaluation and customer feedback
  • Responsible for team performance and achieving operational targets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations or Club Manager in the sports, gym, F&B, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of SOPs, service excellence, and digital tools (Google Sheets, booking systems, POS).
  • Excellent communication skills and agility in handling complaints, event systems, and on-site initiatives.
  • Experienced in preparing reports and achieving KPI-based goals.
  • Plus point: Active network or passion in sports and lifestyle industries.
