Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Recruiter who is experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, especially for the aesthetic, beauty, or medical device industry. This role requires strong sourcing ability, excellent communication skills, and the capability to identify high-quality talents across multiple SEA countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple Southeast Asia countries (Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc.).
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions across the aesthetic industry.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across SEA markets.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Post job ads, manage recruitment platforms, and explore new hiring channels.
  • Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and candidate tracking systems.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 5 years' experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the Aesthetic Industry or a related field
  2. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with the ability to identify, attract and secure top talent
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively collaborate with hiring managers
  4. Hands-on experience using various recruitment tools and technologies to optimize the hiring process
  5. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices across Southeast Asia
  6. Fluency in English and at least one other Southeast Asian language (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai)
  7. A passion for talent acquisition and a keen interest in the Aesthetic Industry and its growth potential
