Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring products comply with all applicable regulations, standards, guidelines including F&B, household, medical, appliances, floor cleaning, toys, electrical, cosmetic end etc.
  • Managing changes to product formulations, labeling or other post-approval activities.
  • Providing guidance on product development and labeling to ensure compliance.
  • Assisting with the registration of products with regulatory authorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior
  • Handling license process to the ministry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Min. 5 years of working experiences
  • Ability to analyze regulatory requirements, identify potential compliance issue and meticulously review with maintain documentation
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations & standards, including those specific to Indonesia (e.g., BPOM, SNI)
  • Experience in regulatory affairs and product compliance, potentially including prior experience as an Assistant Manager.
