Requirement :

Job Desk :

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify market opportunities and create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
  • Analyze customer insights to support product and pricing strategy improvements in IFM services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare periodic reports to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing activities.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Manage the company's brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all communication materials.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support tender proposals, presentation materials, and client communications.
