RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding and representing user needs.
  • Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
  • Defining a vision for a product.
  • Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
  • Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision making.
  • Supporting sales team to generate sales revenue
  • Maintain good relationship with principals
  • Create programs/event to enlarge product implementation on the market
  • Produce report to stake holders
  • Training and product knowledge transfer to users and team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Having Diploma/Bachelor degree
  • 2-5 years Experience on product management medical devices & consumables
    particularly in Ophthalmology and ENT
    is a MUST
  • Mastered Skills for Product & Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Inventory Management, Product Development, Product Launching, Event/ Exhibitions, Events, Principals Management, Market & Product Analysis, Presentation Skills, Business Analysis, Business Administration, Budgeting and Reporting, Risk Management
  • Advance communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
