Job Summary:

The AC Technician Helper supports senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. This role is ideal for candidates with basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn through hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist AC Technician in installing, repairing, and servicing air conditioning units (split, cassette, or centralized systems).
  • Carry and prepare tools, equipment, and spare parts needed for daily jobs.
  • Help with dismantling and reassembling indoor and outdoor AC units.
  • Support in refrigerant charging and vacuuming under supervision.
  • Clean filters, coils, and other AC components.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and safe during and after the job.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Learn and follow company standards and technical procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School / Vocational School (SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of air conditioning or refrigeration systems.
  • Physically fit and able to lift or carry equipment.
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions from senior technicians.
  • Able to work in a team and under outdoor/field conditions.
  • Good attitude, punctual, and responsible.
