Job Descriptions

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate legal documents, including NDA, MOU, and other legal agreements, ensuring alignment with company interests and compliance requirements.
  2. Ensure company compliance in day-to-day business operations.
  3. Conduct research on climate-related regulations and provide legal advisory or guidance for the team's analysis, advocacy efforts, and overall strategy.
  4. Proactively engage with stakeholders, including governmental bodies, NGOs, and industry partners, to support the company's involvement and advocacy in climate change initiatives
  5. Assist in developing nature-based solution projects by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing project proposals, reports, and planning documents.
  6. Evaluate project licensing, regulatory, and registration requirements to ensure projects meet all legal standards and are set up for long-term success.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal or compliance roles, ideally within corporate and environment sector.
  3. Strong research skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of complex regulatory environments and provide actionable legal insights.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal and regulatory concepts clearly and concisely.
  5. Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  6. Able to excel in a high-demand, fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project support.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with climate-related legal compliance.
  2. Familiarity with Indonesian Carbon Economic Value regulatory frameworks.
  3. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
