Main Responsibilities

1. Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of building facilities and MEP systems to ensure proper operation and safety.

2. Coordinate and supervise vendors/contractors for maintenance, repairs, and building service activities.

3. Perform basic troubleshooting for technical issues before escalating to Engineering or external vendors.

4. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly building service reports to SPI management.

5. Ensure compliance with building operation standards, safety procedures, and SPI policies at the site.

6. Handle communication with tenants, building management, and internal/external stakeholders as SPI's representative.

7. Support operational needs by monitoring utilities, equipment schedules, and follow-up on corrective/preventive maintenance.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1.Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/MEP/Electrical/Mechanical).

2. Min. 2 years of experience in building services or building maintenance.

3. Basic understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, fire safety systems).

4. Able to perform inspections, basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors.

5. Strong communication skills and able to work independently as SPI's representative on site.

6. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of preparing reports/administration accurately.
