Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Marketing Staff. The Marketing Staff will be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends, developing marketing strategies and campaigns, building customer relationships through effective communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. The individual will frequently collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and engage target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Expertise in Market Research to analyze trends and consumer behavior for creating insightful strategies.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Ability to develop innovative ideas and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing purposes is a plus.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
