Pura Barutama is currently looking for Admin Credit Analyst to join with us. (Placement: Jakarta)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (D3) in any field.

  • Previous experience in an admin, credit control, or finance support role (1-2years)

  • Strong interpersonal, Detail Oriented and communication skills.

  • Comfortable using Excel and working with data

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic understanding of credit and financial documents is a plus

  • Willingness to work from the office in Pancoran, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviewing customer credit applications

  • Collect and organize financial documents and customer information

  • Update and maintain credit records and databases

  • Monitor outstanding accounts and help track credit limits

  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth processes

  • Support compliance with credit policies and procedures
