  • Understand appropriate sales strategies to apply to stores and SPGs to achieve targets.
  • Responsible for creating guidelines (SOP) & planning.
  • Conduct product & sales training/coaching for SPG.
  • Monitor product availability & display/merchandising.
  • Doing market visits to stores and monitoring Cessa sales performance and SPG's performance.
  • Maintain relationship with store manager/owner.
