  • Strong knowledge of the banking industry.
  • Holds a Risk Management certification according to the level regulated by Bank Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a fast pace.
  • Strong communication skills and computer proficiency, at least Microsoft Office.
  • Good individual management and leadership skills, especially in task delegation and coaching.
  • Willing to be placed in Sentani, Jayapura, Papua
