About the Role

Our client — a rapidly growing technology company at the forefront of AI and GenAI innovation — is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions for enterprise clients.

You'll architect, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs and ML models, build scalable pipelines, and integrate AI into production systems across industries. This is a technical, hands-on role where you'll collaborate directly with solution architects and product leaders to deliver impactful, scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement AI/GenAI solutions for public and private clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize large language models for domain-specific applications.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
  • Develop secure APIs and SDKs to embed AI within enterprise environments.
  • Drive model performance optimization for efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure all AI implementations meet enterprise security and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, architecture, and leadership teams.
  • Research and adopt emerging AI technologies to evolve the company's capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year working on LLMs or GenAI.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI).
  • Skilled in ML Ops and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, and enterprise system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video, audio).
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations (GDPR, PDP Indonesia).
  • Experience deploying AI systems using Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to AI use cases in finance, telecom, HR, or legal tech industries.
