DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Manajemen Tim & Produktivitas Penjualan
- Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim sales inbound, outbound dan mitra penjualan.
- Menetapkan target penjualan setiap tim, memonitor performa dan memastikan pencapaian KPI tim.
- Memberikan coaching, training dan motivasi kepada tim untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan hasil penjualan.
2. Strategi Akuisisi & Analisis Data
- Menyusun strategi akuisisi jangka pendek dan jangka panjang berdasarkan data, insight, serta tren pasar, termasuk perancangan insentif, promo, campaign, dan pendekatan komunikasi yang relevan untuk setiap segmentasi leads, serta program internal yang dapat meningkatkan konversi dan semangat tim penjualan.
- Mengoptimalkan channel akuisisi digital resmi seperti Instagram Live dan TikTok Live untuk memperkuat funnel penjualan.
3. Pengelolaan Pembayaran & Penagihan
- Mengelola dan memastikan kelancaran pembayaran siswa secara mingguan dan bulanan melalui monitoring, tindak lanjut, serta penyusunan laporan pembayaran dan analisis untuk memastikan success rate pembayaran tercapai sesuai target.
- Melakukan review dan approval terhadap invoice penagihan bulanan.
4. Event & Kolaborasi Lintas Tim
- Mengorganisir dan memimpin event, webinar atau promo campaign yang secara langsung mendukung peningkatan leads dan konversi siswa.
- Berkolaborasi lintas tim (Marketing, Learning dan Stakeholder terkait lainnya) untuk memastikan strategi, eksekusi dan operasional event selaras dengan target penjualan.
- Berperan sebagai moderator atau presenter dalam event promosi untuk memperkuat kepercayaan dan engagement calon siswa.
5. Customer Issue Handling
- Melakukan control dan monitoring terhadap issue yang berkaitan dengan kendala operasional siswa, pengunduran diri, upgrade paket, menunda batch, pembayaran biaya kursus dan sebagainya.
- Memastikan setiap issue yang masuk dapat terselesaikan dengan tepat dan dalam waktu yang efisien.
- Memastikan salesperson memiliki dan menjalani sesuai guideline communication yang sesuai dengan SOP.
6. Manajemen Sistem & Pelaporan
- Mengelola sistem CRM untuk menjaga kualitas database prospek dan pipeline penjualan.
- Menyiapkan laporan kinerja penjualan, analisis lapangan, dan insight strategis untuk manajemen.
- Memberikan proposal ide kreatif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas strategi akuisisi siswa.
- Mengoptimalkan dan mengelola penggunaan working tools yang mensupport productivity sales team. Contoh: Pengoperasian ERP, dan sebagainya.
KUALIFIKASI
1. Pengalaman:
Minimal 5 tahun di bidang Sales & 2 tahun memimpin tim inbound/outbound telesales. Pengalaman di industri edukasi, konsultasi atau pelayanan HR lebih disukai.
2. Berorientasi pada Target:
Motivasi tinggi dan berorientasi pada target dengan hasil yang terukur.

Mampu memimpin dan memotivasi tim dengan efektif.

Mampu menganalisis tren, peluang pasar dan data penjualan dalam pengambilan keputusan.
