Job Description

  • Develop And Implement Comprehensive Marketing Strategies To Enhance Brand Visibility, Market Penetration, And Consumer Engagement.
  • Lead And Mentor A Team Of Marketing Professionals, Providing Guidance, Performance Evaluations, And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
  • Analyze Market Trends, Consumer Behaviors, And Competitive Landscape To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Innovation.
  • Plan And Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns Across Various Channels, Including Digital Media, Traditional Advertising, Events, And Promotions.
  • Manage Marketing Budgets Effectively, Tracking Expenses, ROI, And Making Data-driven Decisions To Optimize Resource Allocation.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing roles within the consumer goods or food and beverage industry, with a track record of successful brand management and campaign execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.
