Job Description
- Create and update technical documentation such as STK, SOP, BRD, DS, UAT, and User Manuals in a systematic and understandable manner.
- Translate complex technical concepts into concise, clear information for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, UI/UX, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation aligns with implemented features or systems.
- Create visual elements such as flowcharts, diagrams, or technical illustrations to support documentation.
- Manage document versions systematically to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Use documentation tools like Microsoft Word, Confluence, Visio, and others.
- Gather user requirements related to User Management and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews to keep documentation up-to-date.
Job Requirements
- Minimum D3 with 3 years or S1 with 1 year of experience in IT.
- Able to create technical documentation (STK, SOP, BRD, DS, UAT, User Manual, etc.) that is clear and understandable for various audiences, using simple yet precise language.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, engineers, UI/UX, ensuring aligned understanding of documented features or systems.
- Proficient with documentation tools and able to include visual elements (diagrams, flowcharts).
- Knowledge of User Management.
- Detail-oriented in document version management.
