About the role

Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Management professional for a contract position based in Palembang, South Sumatra. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate operation of our warehousing and distribution activities. This includes overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting timely project execution through effective warehouse coordination.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
  2. Oversee inventory control and management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
  3. Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and procedures
  4. Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods
  5. Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment
  6. Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
  2. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices
  3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to lead and motivate a team
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
  6. Familiarity with logistics and transportation regulations
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
