  • Manage and coordinate training and development activities at CIMB Niaga Channel IBN & Kalimantan Region and also Bank Staff training in partnership distribution
  • This role will be based in Makassar, South Sulawesi

  • Audio Video Editing (For digital training material)
  • Negotiation skill

Qualifications

  • Education: min bachelor's degree
  • Experience: min 5 years' experience on Insurance Institution, preferable on Distribution Channel in similar role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct A-Z basic training for all new sales forces, starting from delivery, reporting, advanced programs (extended) for rookie agents

  • Carry out initiatives that can support business growth, especially in terms of activity ratio, productivity & leads conversion rate

  • Provide data reports for the entire team in learning development

  • Design and create training materials / program as needed

  • Monitor and report several important parameters / Business matric like Rookie agent activation& productivity, training point, IA performance base on cohort development, Lead conversion rate, Training points & participant rate
