Job Responsibilities

  • Develop social media content plan and strategies that aligns with brand identity, trends, and audience insights.
  • Preferably Candidates with Automotive Industry Background
  • Create and maintain content calendars with daily schedules and manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance and prepare regular reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Research and implement new social media trends and algorithms to keep content fresh and engaging
  • Assist Marketing Manager to plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 year of experience in social media specialist, with strong content planning and copywriting abilities.
  • In-depth Knowledge of Photography & Videography
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, management, and analytics tools.
  • Have a creative mindset and trend awareness.
  • Ability to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and develop effective content and campaign strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Work from Office (WFO) in Pegadungan, Jakarta Barat.
