Job Description:

- Support the CEO in with any ad hoc task;
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between team members and company shareholders;
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and deadlines for executives;
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and business documents;
- Summarise information effectively for quick reference;
- Arrange executive travel, accommodations, and logistics;
