ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's product and service offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, identifying areas of growth and potential expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Manage, develop, and expand the potential of existing customer accounts.
- Understand clients' operating environments and create customized service offerings to deliver value.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Lead in the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and company capabilities.
- Actively seek and identify new customers, cultivating long-term relationships and identifying future sales opportunities.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through self-paced learning and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate management of client payments.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma (D3) any major
- Strong understanding of products and services with the ability to present and articulate their value to clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
