Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
    Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    ,
    Google Ads
    , and
    TikTok Ads
    to achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct
    audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing
    to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance
    ROAS
    and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop
    engaging ad creatives and compelling copy
    aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage ad budgets and bid strategies to ensure
    optimal allocation and cost efficiency
    across channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms
    to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing results, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Continuously
    test new channels, ad formats, and creative strategies
    to drive growth and scalability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (branding, product, and analytics) to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities.
  • Willing to work on-site and collaborate in a
    fast-paced, data-driven, and results-oriented
    environment.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of hands-on experience
    managing paid ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
  • Proven track record of
    improving campaign performance metrics
    and maximizing ROAS.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
    , and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and execution skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — you thrive working with cross-functional teams.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and experimenting with new marketing strategies.
