This position will be responsible for handling vehicle warranty claim processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring all claims comply with manufacturer policies and Indonesian consumer protection regulations. The role also aims to manage costs effectively and support customer satisfaction improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle warranty and "Three Guarantees" (三包) claim submissions in the manufacturer's system
  • Verify completeness of documents such as work orders, parts, and error codes
  • Ensure claims align with manufacturer warranty policies
  • Organize and maintain claim documentation for audit purposes
  • Act as the main liaison with the manufacturer's warranty team
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments to ensure data accuracy
  • Analyze rejected claims, assist in preparing appeals, and report findings to management
  • Prepare monthly reports on claim values, approval rates, and rejection rates
  • Monitor warranty-related KPIs and ensure compliance with manufacturer and legal standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership, including 1 year handling warranty or "Three Guarantees" (三包) claims
  • Experience with major automotive brands is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and DMS systems
  • Good technical analysis and basic vehicle knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
