MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports; supervise and spot checks accounting staff works; ensure that the laws of the country, corporate and hotel/residences policies and procedures are complied with; that the internal control system of the residences is sound; budget preparation, review and recommend changes to accounting policies and procedures where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be consideredExcellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)A diploma and/or undergraduate degree in Financial or Business study with certificate in Financial relatedIdeally more than 5 years of similar experience in an international luxury hospitality industry especially in serviced apartment, with strong knowledge across multiple role in EngineeringDemonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal skills and communication skillsEnthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detailService-oriented and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
