Adecco is currently assisting one of world's leading providers of souvenir photography (and related products) in their search for Sales Representative to based in their Bali office.

What will you do:

  1. Delivering consistent, luxury-level guest experiences
  2. Driving strategic growth and new site openings (expansion)
  3. Achieving financial goals and managing budgets
  4. Building strong relationships with resort partners
  5. Managing crisis response and operational issues
  6. Ensuring quality control, compliance, and staff training

What are we looking for:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in resort management, luxury hospitality, retail or related fields.
  2. Strong track record in achieving financial goals and managing large-scale budgets.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to manage partner and guest relationships.
  5. Proven problem-solving and crisis management skills.
  6. Deep understanding of quality control, compliance, and staff development practices.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  8. Willingness to be based full-time in Bali.
