As an Associate, you will work within a team of problem solvers to help organizations address a wide range of organizational and Human Capital challenges. Your responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting organizational assessments (structure, roles, competencies, business processes)
  • Supporting the development of HR frameworks and policies, including performance management, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and related areas
  • Assisting in designing Organizational Development (OD) solutions such as job analysis, competency frameworks, job evaluation, and workforce planning
  • Conducting research, data analysis, and benchmarking to generate insights and support evidence-based recommendations
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation for client engagements
  • Coordinating with client stakeholders for data collection, interviews, and progress updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, HR Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in Human Capital, Management Consulting, or Organizational Development is preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools
  • Strong project management capability and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and interact professionally with clients
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
