KUALIFIKASI YANG DIBUTUHKAN
  • Lulusan Teknik Mesin / Teknik Sipil / Teknik Elektro
  • Usia minimal 26 tahun
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Engineering / Design / Estimator
  • Wajib menguasai SolidWorks atau Autodesk Inventor
  • Mampu membaca dan membuat engineering drawing (2D & 3D)
  • Terbiasa menghitung BOQ, RAB, Estimasi biaya material & fabricasi
  • Memahami standard material structure (WF, UNP, CNP, Plate, Stainless, Conveyor parts, dsb.)
  • Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun team
  • Komunikatif dan terbiasa berkoordinasi dengan produksi, purchasing, dan marketing
  • Domisili Bekasi / Cikarang diutamakan
  • Siap turun ke lapangan untuk survey dan pengukuran proyek
TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB
1. Engineering Design
  • Membuat dan mengembangkan desain 2D & 3D menggunakan SolidWorks/Inventor.
  • Membuat detail drawing, welding drawing, exploded view, dan bill of material.
  • Mendesain conveyor, racking, mezzanine, struktur baja, stainless fabrication, atau equipment lain sesuai project perusahaan.
  • Melakukan perhitungan teknis (beban, kekuatan material dasar, ketebalan yang digunakan, dan estimasi kapasitas).
  • Menghasilkan gambar yang siap produksi (workshop drawing).
2. Estimator / Costing
  • Membuat BOQ & RAB berdasarkan gambar desain.
  • Menghitung estimasi biaya material, komponen, jasa cutting, welding, forming, machining, painting, dan instalasi.
  • Melakukan analisa harga material berdasarkan update pasar.
  • Menghitung kebutuhan SDM, waktu pengerjaan, dan ongkos produksi.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi cost-effective design tanpa mengurangi kekuatan struktur.
3. Survey & Analisa Lapangan
  • Melakukan survey lokasi, pengukuran, dokumentasi, dan validasi data teknis.
  • Mengidentifikasi hambatan teknis lapangan (ruang kerja, akses forklift, clearance, struktur existing, kebutuhan modifikasi).
  • Memberikan masukan teknis untuk tim marketing sebelum penawaran keluar.
4. Koordinasi Proyek
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi, purchasing, dan marketing terkait kebutuhan teknis.
  • Memberikan technical support saat meeting dengan klien jika dibutuhkan.
  • Menyusun revisi gambar dan estimasi sesuai permintaan klien & realita lapangan.
  • Memastikan desain yang dibuat feasible, mudah diproduksi, dan efisien secara biaya.
5. Dokumentasi & Reporting
  • Menyusun gambar kerja lengkap untuk produksi dan instalasi.
  • Membuat dokumen pendukung: spesifikasi teknis, data material, dan revisi gambar.
  • Menjaga kerapihan arsip proyek dan database desain.
