About the role

Reporting to this full-time Manager Tax Accounting role is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at PT.Sukses Konstruksi Utama in their Central Jakarta (Harmoni), Jakarta office. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's tax accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic tax planning advice to drive the organisation's financial success.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and responsible for monthly and annual Financial Report Balance Sheet , Profit Loss and Cash Flow

  • Handle and doing Monthly and Annual all tax reconciliations and tax reports (PPH 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT/PPn dll).

  • Managing the company's tax accounting processes, including Tax planning and compliance reporting.

  • Prepare for Audit Report Yearly and Support external audits by preparing required data and reviewing audit results.
  • Hands-on experience with Audit, Accounting software and e-filing tax systems (DJP, coretax is must)
  • Monitor and supervise daily payment and accounting activities including AP/AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation and journal entries and Ensuring accurate and timely filing of all payment
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as Tax & Accounting Manager
  • Analysing tax implications of business transactions and recommending strategies to optimise the company's tax position
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advising the organisation accordingly
  • Mentoring and developing a team of tax , finance and accounting
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team of tax accounting professionals
  • Excellent an attention to detail, problem-solving, strong analytical, communication skills.
