Qualification:

  • Maintenance Planning: Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on reliability data, equipment history, and operational requirements.
  • Scheduling: Prepare and manage detailed maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of manpower, tools, and spare parts.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to align maintenance activities with production targets.
  • Reliability Analysis: Monitor equipment performance, analyze failure trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and reliability reports for compliance and audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance planning and scheduling processes, reduce costs, and improve asset performance. Analyzing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning (FMCG & Feed Mill Industries)
  • Proficient in AutoCad and understanding machine working instruction
  • Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), reliability tools (RCM, FMEA), and scheduling software are an advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Reliability or maintenance certifications (e.g., CMRP, PMP) are an advantage
  • Willing to be placed at Medan, Sumatera
