What you'll be doing

  • Designing and delivering engaging training sessions on retail and F&B operations, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, cash handling, product knowledge, and customer service excellence
  • Onboarding new staff to ensure they are confident and proficient in all aspects of their role, from service standards to operational routines
  • Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to existing team members to elevate performance and service quality
  • Collaborating with management to identify training needs and creating tailored programs that address operational challenges
  • Maintaining accurate training records and preparing progress reports to support continuous improvement
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and F&B to refresh and strengthen training materials

What we're looking for

  • Has experienced minimum 3 years in operational trainer field.
  • Proven experience in a retail or F&B training role, ideally within customer-focused businesses
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to inspire and motivate diverse groups of learners
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to adapt training to real-world situations
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
  • Passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to travel across Sumatera and adjust to varied schedules, including evenings and weekends if required
