Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Makassar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and maintaining HR records. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, selection, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Experience in performance management, training, and development
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
