As a Software Maintenance, you will be responsible for supporting clients with technical issues after system implementation. You will ensure smooth system performance by providing timely assistance, performing routine maintenance, and customizing software based on client needs. This role demands strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with up to 6 months of internship experience in a relevant technical role are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic familiarity with client-side scripting languages and technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX.
  • Exposure to server-side scripting languages like ColdFusion, PHP, or ASP is a plus.
  • Understanding of database systems and basic scripting in Oracle, MSSQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Able to follow and apply programming logic and algorithms at a moderate level.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical support environment.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
