Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Analyse international market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

2.    Looking for new client or buyers to expand in other countries.

3.    Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong business relationships.

4.    Preparing product presentation / proposal based on client's brief / directions.

5.    Following up sample request from buyer and coordinate with another department to make sure sample ready in the requested timeline.

6.    Prepare quotation and internal production order.

7.    Communicate with other departments to oversee product development, production, and shipment.

8.    Update buyers on production status and resolve any delays or issues.

Qualifications

1.    Bachelor's degree in any major

2.    Fluent in English, verbal & written

3.    Excellent communication and negotiation skill

4.    Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

5.    Advanced Excel skills

6.    Great with numbers and attention to detail.

7.    Good in analytical thinking, problem solving and target oriented.

8.    Able to work under pressure with deadline.

9.    Willing to be placed in Depok.

Working Conditions

This position may require travel and or attendance at trade shows. Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate different time zones.
