To support this expansion, PT. Cosmax Indonesia has established its subsidiary, PT. Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia (KKI) — a company focusing on Own Brand Manufacturing (OBM), distribution management (covering both online and offline channels), and the development of health supplements.

As part of our business growth, KKI is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Part Leader/Supervisor Finance & Accounting (F&A) to join our team based in South Jakarta.

This position will report directly to the Team Leader & Department Head Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage all finance-related documents and invoices to customers.
  • Input, validate, and report tax data according to Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, supplier payables, and accounting records.
  • Control and follow up on invoices, payment schedules, and supplier data.
  • Support month-end closing, reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting and taxation standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience as Supervisor Finance & Accounting or Supervisor Tax, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian taxation (regulations, calculation, and reporting).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Brevet A & B certified.
  • English proficiency (minimum passive).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills.

Workplace & Working Hours:

  • Onsite – CIBIS NINE Building, South Jakarta
  • Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
