3. Manage the warehouse team (assign tasks, monitor performance, and train staff).
4. Optimize warehouse layout for efficient and fast inventory flow.
5. Control incoming and outgoing goods documents and ensure data is system-compliant.
6. Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure a smooth supply chain.
7. Analyze material requirements and generate reports related to stock movement and warehouse performance.
