Responsibilities:

  • Analyze products and competitors, develop budget plans, and develop sales team programs/strategies. Prepare marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Prepare materials on products/marketing business strategies and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, or provide product training to the team or product users (hospitals or other healthcare facilities).
  • Conduct regional visits to support the work of the sales team in the region.
  • Monitor stock/availability of goods/units, ordering, and allocation of goods.
  • Participate in promotional activities/exhibitions of work-related equipment as part of Company Branding activities.
  • Active communicator between the Company and the Principal.
  • Coordinate the development of technology, competitor, and customer data.
  • Collaborate with the Product Specialist, Sales, Technical, and Import Teams to support the achievement of Sales Targets.
