About the role

As a Glam (Hair & Nail Care) Service Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the service excellence of our beauty care vertical, covering hair styling, hair treatment, nail art, and other personal grooming services. You will ensure that every customer receives a safe, hygienic, and premium beauty experience through consistent quality standards, skilled service providers, and strong operational execution.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement standardized service quality guidelines and hygiene protocols for all Glam services, including hair and nail care.

Conduct regular quality audits and on-site inspections to evaluate beautician and nail technician performance, equipment condition, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Identify gaps in service delivery, technical skills, or customer experience and design targeted improvement plans.

Collaborate with the Operations and Training teams to ensure all service providers receive proper technical and customer service training.

Review and update service menus, tools, and materials to ensure alignment with market trends and customer expectations.

Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction data to identify recurring issues, propose corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement.

Stay updated with the latest beauty industry trends, product innovations, and best practices to maintain competitive and high-quality service offerings.

What You Will Need

Proven experience in beauty service operations, preferably in salon, nail care, or similar industries.

Strong understanding of hair and nail care techniques, tools, and hygiene standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with technicians and motivate them toward service excellence.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail for evaluating service quality metrics and identifying improvement areas.

Passion for customer satisfaction and commitment to delivering premium service experiences.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
