Role Description

This is a full-time remote position as an Outbound Sales Call Agent / Coordinator. In this role, you will handle outbound sales calls, build relationships with clients, and promote language training and assessment services. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing client outreach and communications, and achieving agreed sales targets. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and may participate in training to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with and provide an excellent experience for clients.
  • Sales expertise, including a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Experience in Insurance and Training is an advantage, particularly within a service-based environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage your time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages or familiarity with language training is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
