We are now expanding our Soil Health team to strengthen soil regeneration and sustainable agronomy programs — focusing on improving soil function, organic matter, and long-term plantation resilience through science-based approaches and collaborative field implementation.

What You Will Do :

  • Support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of soil health regeneration initiatives across Verdant's operations.
  • Work closely with field, plantation science, and sustainability teams to implement best practices that improve soil quality and long-term productivity.
  • Conduct testing and provide recommendations for soil-improvement solutions in both nursery and field trials.
  • Collect, manage, and analyse trial data, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Occasionally travel to field sites to support trial activities and data collection.

What We Are Looking For :

  1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Science, Agribusiness), Biology (ecology, microbiology), or related field.
  2. Strong interest in soil regeneration and sustainable plantation management.
  3. Good statistical analysis, communication, and teamwork skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across disciplines.
  5. Experience with microbial analysis or nitrogen-fixing symbionts is a plus.
  6. Comfortable communicating in English.
