Job Summary

Elabram are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. You will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels and perform outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, , phone calls, and other channels.
  • Provide information on products, orders, and general support, including handling complaints professionally.
  • Make outbound calls for surveys, follow-ups, reminders, and issue clarification.
  • Record and update all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Escalate cases to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Conduct WhatsApp/email surveys and compile customer feedback.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive service attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Able to communicate professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Basic computer literacy (typing, email, spreadsheets).
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, clear, polite, and customer-focused.
  • Experience handling multichannel customer service and outbound calls.
