Job Description

  • Maintains Knowledge Of All Current And Upcoming Products
  • Contacts Potential Clients And Customers To Generate Sales.
  • Contacts Current Clients And Customers To Check On Service.
  • Gathering And Documenting Customer Information, Payment Methods, Purchases, And Reactions To Products.
  • Keeping Up To Date On All Products And Informing Customers Of New Products

Requirement

  • Have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environment
