> DIGITAL COMMERCE (PAID INTERNSHIP)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing day-to-day e-commerce operations (product uploads, stock updates, price changes, promotions, campaign in the e-commerce)Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns (Shopee, Tokopedia, Website Store, etc.)Research trending products, affiliates system, and pricing strategies across digital platformsTrack and summarize campaign performance or e-commerce analytics weeklyCollaborate with creative teams to ensure visuals, captions, and product listings align with brand standardsRequirementsPassionate about e-commerce, and digital marketingCurrently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, or BusinessEager to learn and up to date with digital tools, trends, and affiliates programTech-savvy (comfortable using online dashboards, editing tools, and social platforms)Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented BRAND INTERN (PAID INTERNSHIP) Tasks1. Activation SupportAssist in preparing materials for events and pop-ups (e.g., Brow Bar Trial, MUA Gathering).Help with setup, on-ground coordination, and documentation during events.Collect post-event data and feedback (attendance, photos, engagement).2. KOL / Influencer AssistanceTrack and list potential KOLs that align with the brand.Coordinate seeding schedule and follow-up (address collection, shipping, content reminder).Assist in compiling KOL performance reports (reach, content, results).Help with briefing decks and moodboards.3. Digital & Paid Ads SupportMonitor and document results from Meta Ads (reach, CTR, CPL, etc.). • Compile creative assets for digital campaigns.Assist in A/B testing creatives (visuals/captions).Upload ad materials and help manage comments on ads.4. Social Media OperationsSchedule content using tools (or manually) on Instagram and TikTok.Monitor DMs, comments, and engage with community under guidance. • Assist with TikTok filming days and behind-the-scenes content.Upload IG Story templates and link sticker settings.5. Administration TasksUpdate marketing calendars and tracking sheets (seeding log, activation budget, performance dashboard).File and organize digital assets (event photos, KOL screenshots, approvals).Help with internal meeting notes and recap summaries.Assist with creating simple presentation decks or recap documents.6. Weekly Report Includes:Task progressHighlights & learningsChallenges/needsRequirementsEducational BackgroundFinal-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related fields.Skills & KnowledgeStrong interest in beauty, content creation, and digital branding.Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).Familiarity with KOLs/influencer marketing is a plus.Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, and basic admin tasks.Able to handle multiple assignments and tight timelines with attention to detail.Personality TraitsEnergetic, curious, and willing to learn.Good communication and coordination skills.Proactive, hands-on, and resourceful.A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.AvailabilityWilling to assist during weekend activations (with weekday replacement).Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months internship period.
