DESIGNATION : Partnership Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the stability of relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying business opportunities with existing clients and potential new clients for ALTO's products and services through a data-driven approach.
  • Encouraging the implementation of new partnerships with clients in accordance with established work standards
  • Providing standard pricing to clients for existing products.

Key Roles

  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • Identifying potential new collaboration opportunities for existing products with clients.
  • Capable of handling client complaints as the first point of contact.
  • Able to collaborate with other divisions to address and fulfill client needs.
  • Conducting a review of the business aspects of partnership agreements.

  • Able to prepare all related documents, such as :

  • Presentation materials

  • Proposals
  • Partnership agreements,
  • Other necessary documents for client collaboration, and
  • Documents required for regulatory purposes

Performance Indicator

  • New agreements with clients related to ALTO's existing products/services.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with other divisions to provide effective solutions and meet client needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years experienced as Partnership or related Role
