Kami mencari Cluster IT Manager yang ahli dalam sistem hotel untuk memimpin pengelolaan dan pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi pada dua properti kami: Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta & Zest Hotel Airport Jakarta. Peran ini berfokus pada stabilitas sistem operasional hotel, troubleshooting PMS, Channel Manager, CCTV, serta peningkatan efisiensi melalui upgrade & digitalisasi.

Tugas Utama
  • Mengelola IT operational untuk 2 hotel dalam 1 cluster.
  • Troubleshoot & maintenance PMS, POS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Accounting System.
  • Monitoring & kontrol CCTV, access system, WiFi guest & staff network.
  • Upgrade & implementasi sistem baru untuk improve kecepatan & workflow operasional.
  • Menyusun SOP IT, data backup, cybersecurity, dan disaster recovery.
  • Menyediakan pelatihan staff & support teknis antar-departemen.
Kualifikasi
  • Min. 3–5 tahun pengalaman IT di hotel (lebih disukai level supervisor/manager sebelumnya).
  • Menguasai PMS hotel, CM system, troubleshooting jaringan & hardware.
  • Memahami CCTV network, server management, cloud, dan keamanan sistem.
  • Analitis, proaktif, dan mampu membangun efisiensi operasional melalui teknologi.
  • Siap turun tangan di lapangan & responsif terhadap urgent issue.
