  • Craft and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable customer growth—short, mid, and long term.
  • Delegate daily and monthly tasks effectively, ensuring seamless clinic operations through hands-on monitoring and support.
  • Analyze clinic initiatives and provide strategic feedback to leaders and relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Take part in executing marketing programs to boost clinic visibility, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clinic partners to support operational excellence.
  • Monitor team performance and sales target achievement through regular performance reviews and tracking of key indicators.
  • Ensure all employees understand and implement SOPs effectively across all responsible branches.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and infrastructure to ensure a safe, comfortable, and customer-friendly environment.
  • Represent the clinic with a professional self-image aligned with the brand's values and customer expectations.

Does it match your criteria?

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in any field (Pharmacy degree is a plus)
  • 3–4 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare, or hospitality sector, especially in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Well-versed in the clinical industry and operational processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of operational, legal, and risk management matters
