Regional Sales Manager

Seeking for potential and money oriented Regional Sales Manager who are strongly motivated and have strong courage to build the succeed career path into a real time entrepreneurship and able to lead, motivate and develop team to join us

Responsibilities:

  1. To recruit and build potential team

  2. To lead, motivate and develop a strong committed team to achieve the sales target

  3. To help solve challenges in daily activities that will be face by the team

  4. To coach the team to boost up their skills set on client profiling and business advisory

Requirements:

  1. Fix Salary, Year End Bonus, Overriding and Comission

  2. Related qualification with 5 years experiences in bank assurance/insurance industry/related

  3. Based in North Jakarta (PIK)

  4. Sales and marketing from related field (Preferred quality RM, BM, Bancassurance, Senior Funding/Lending Specialist, Senior Account Executive Marketing, Senior investment advisor/wealth manager)

  5. Proven Sales Management experiences on a similar role

  6. Entrepreneurship mindset and eager for a new challenge

  7. Good business sense and well perform analytical skills

  8. Result-oriented, dynamic, self-driven and highly motivated to success
